Layna Reading

We are so proud of how Layna is doing in school. She won't let me work with her much but when she does she is making great progress. I am very impressed with her ability to sound out words. Sight words are not her strength but she almost knows all 40 that are required in Kindergarten. I would like to see her know 100 before she starts first grade. She is also good at picture clues. I would like to see her improve on one to one correspondence. We are so blessed that she is at a good school and has two great teachers working with her!
