They had me do this activity to help me maintain focus. They suggest reading this list when I want to go over my calories or not exercise and ask myself if it is worth it. I think this is a great mental activity. They also recommend reading this list to myself at least once a day. I found it hard to come up with 12 different reasons but here they are...
1. I want to look cute in clothes
2. I want to be sexy for Doug
3. I don't want people to think I am lazy
4. I want to have energy to play with my girls
5. I want to be and feel healthy
6. I want to fit in my clothes
7. I want to get rid of the muffin top
8. I want the option of wearing a 2 piece bathing suit
9. I don't want back pain
10. I want to feel good about myself
11. I want to fit into tight spaces
12. I don't want to get any fatter.
