How I got to be this big

PreMarriage:
I was blessed as a teenager in that I could eat whatever I want, do little activity, and be skinny. As a teenager I thought I was fat but man how I would love to be that fat again. As a bride to be I didn't care about weight gain. The dress I ordered was a little too big so I actually needed to gain a little. I joked that I wanted to put on some weight before I got married so that people wouldn't say I started getting fat once he married me. According to my driver's license which has been renewed but not updated since 2 weeks after my wedding I now weight 39 pounds more than I did almost 9 years ago.
Pregnancies:
Some of the weight came before I even got pregnant the first time. My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 14 weeks and my belly went back down by my postop appointment two weeks after my D & C. I knew I wanted to get pregnant right away so I didn't worry about gaining weight after that. I had my gaulbladder removed and found out I was pregnant with Layna when the doctor saw something suspicious during the surgery. Typically you loose weight after having your gaulbladder removed. I did loose weight at the begining of Layna's pregnancy and the doctor's gave me a hard time. They were afraid I was dieting while pregnant. So my solution was to drink milkshakes every day and pig out so that I would show a gain on the scales even though it was not the baby growing or healthy calories. Everyone bugged me about how tiny Layna would be due to my lack of weight gain but she joined us at 8lbs 1oz. The weight from her fell right off. I LOVE being a working mother but it comes with guilt. I fill like a tug of rope between work, my girls, and Doug. So after having Layna I was so obsessed with spending time with her that I didn't worry about watching my weight at all. When Layna was 2 I did get serious about working out and loved going to the gym but that all came to a hault when I tore tendons and had a fractured ankle. This happened in the middle of a kick boxing class and I haven't been good at going to the gym since. When we decided to have another baby I came off of some medication. This along with the attitude of "I'm about to get fat anyways" caused me to gain 30 pounds before I even got pregnant. Liya's pregancy was like Layna's in that I lost weight at the begining. I did the same way I did with Layna and pigged out on unhealthy things. After Liya's birth my "pregnancy" weight fell right off but the "prepregancy gain" stuck around. I breastfeed Liya exclusively for 5 months. I breasfeed and pumped what I could till she was 9 months old. While breasfeeding I stopped loosing weight but I was eating whatever I wanted and did not gain. Breasfeeding seemed to make me hungry so I ate more than normal. I also got in the routine of having a late night chocolate milk for calcium. Once I stopped breastfeeding the hunger was still there but I wasn't using the calories. I quickly started putting weight back on which is when I knew I had to do something.
