Back to my Commitment of being healthy.
I have been bad about excercising for over a year and to my delight I was able to stay close to my goal weight for a good while. This summer I was put on some medicine and my luck ran out. When school started back I started stress eating and drinking way too many Dr. Peppers. I am now 19 pounds above my goal weight. I had lost 4 more than my goal so I have gained 23 pounds :-( Dressing is back to being a pain because I do not like how anything looks on me and am limited on what fits and am refusing to get out my fat pants. I am having more back pain now and am always tired and stressed. I felt so much better when I was exercising! So no more excuses, I am getting back to exercising, drinking water, and watching what I eat!!!! My goal is to do a 5k every other month to help me stay motivated. I am hoping Layna will do some of them with me so that she can help pressure me to train and I won't have as much Mommy guilt when I take time to run. I am going to update this blog weekly to keep me accountable. I have set my first goal to loose 5 pounds in the next 2 weeks.
